Our Missions Program
Hope is devoted to being a missional church through and through. To that end, the leaders have engineered the ministry in such a way that the missional focus always takes priority.
Though we have only recently become financially independent, we have hired a part-time missions pastor to coordinate all local and overseas missions. On top of this, the leaders have pledged to use a minimum of 10% of the church’s budget for missional efforts reaching outside the walls of this church.
It is our vision also to be a hub for training both long-term and short-term missionaries. As we develop and grow this ministry, we will eventually become a center where missionaries can be trained and sent. To accomplish this, we will of course take on significant lay and paid staff. By providing this hub-service, other churches will have access to an invaluable resource that can assist them in either partnering with us for the long-term or developing their own missions program.
